Risk management is a key part within our companies purchasing structure and is something we always will take extremely seriously. SeSemi Electronics offer you a one box solution to sourcing, providing one single quotation, one production ready box of components, and one invoice. We take control of any shortages or availability issues, we monitor a BOMs risk factor based on market trends and issues elevating problems before they happen, and we can provide beneficial pricing on many manufacturers.
We can secure stock based on long term orders and include buffer agreements to ensure there is always a production ready kit available for any peaks in demand.
We keep this service flexible to fall in line with each individual customers requirement. We can ship to any manufacturing facility in the world, work in accordance with customers specific attrition requirements and all our labelling is custom to each customers individual needs. We also work very closely with some subcontractors, meaning we can also manage the manufacturing side of things too.

How can our Bill of Material management service help our customers?
Bill of Material management is a critical aspect of manufacturing, product development and product sustainability. BOMs need to be managed throughout the product lifecycle, from prototype to legacy designs. We focus on 2 main areas: lifecycle management and procurement/availability.
Legacy designs are at a greater risk of experiencing issues with obsolescence. Regularly monitoring your mill of materials will identify changes to a products life cycle. Products going end of life or obsolete without appropriate planning in place can create costly delays with manufacturing.
BOM management is also integral to sourcing and procurement. Ensuring a products availability and lead time at all stages will reduce the risk of disrupt when manufacturing.

Can we provide customised component kits or bundles?
Yes, we offer component kitting services, allowing us to create completely customised kits tailored to our clients’ specific needs and requirements. Our flexibility within our kitting service can mean we supply exactly what our customers require, whether that be just components, right through to PCBs, batteries, cables and external casings.
Do you provide any value added services?
We have a range of value added services, each that extend our offerings and give flexibility to our customers. Our warehouse is fully equip to allow us to repackage and reseal MSL products in an ESD certified area. We have preconditioning facilities as well as long term storage facilities available to our customers.
