TT Semiconductor update their product line

SeSemi Electronics are pleased to share the newly released product lines from our longest standing partner, TT Semiconductor. We have worked alongside TT Semiconductor for 11 years, distributing their products around the UK and Europe. Their range of Memory and General Purpose products are designed to fit perfectly within any High Temperature or Harsh Environments project.

FLASH

TT Semiconductor have a couple of new Flash Products listed (the TTZ25128 monolithic; and the TTZ25M128PD Plastic DIP Module) that have twice the density of the 64Mb Product (TTZ2564) that many of our customers have been using for downhole and other applications in the Industrial marketplace.

They also now offer a 256Mb and 512Mb Flash DIP Modules (TTZ25M256PD; and TTZ25M512PD).

PARALLEL EEPROM

TT Semiconductor (Twilight Technology) is the sole Manufacturer of the 1Mb Parallel EEPROM rated to +200°C (TTE28HT010), which is listed on the front page.

They are now offering 2Mb and 4Mb Parallel EEPROM Modules rated to +175°C (TTE28HT020P; and TTE28HT040P).

SERIAL EEPROM

TT Semiconductor have added some new higher density Serial EEPROM Products listed on the front page that will be available for sampling soon: 

The 512Kb monolithic (TTE25C512) is rated to +200°C.

Samples of the 1024Kb monolithic (TTE25C1024) will be available in early 2024.

They are also now offering 256Kb, 512Kb and 1024Kb Serial EEPROM DIP Modules rated to +175°C (TTE25M256PD; TTE25M512PD; and TTE25M1024PD).

ASYNCHRONOUS SRAM

A new 8Mb SRAM Product in a Ceramic SLCC package that is rated to +200°C

SWITCH MODE CONTROLLER

TT Semiconductor is the sole Manufacturer of the TT9110 and TT9120 Switch Mode Controllers, these are showing within the 2^nd page of the product selector guide.

All +200°C Products come in Ceramic Packages only.  All +175°C Products are available in both Plastic and Ceramic Packages.
