📢 Introducing the Latest High-Density, High-Temperature Products from TT Semiconductor

SeSemi Electronics is excited to showcase the newest additions to TT Semiconductor’s portfolio, designed for high-performance applications where reliability is key.

These cutting-edge components are ideal for industrial and oil and gas markets, offering enhanced density and temperature resilience.

🆕 SPI NOR Flash:
– Now available in a 512Mb Flash monolithic at temperatures up to +200°C (ceramic package). This offers 8x the density of the widely-used 64Mb product (TTZ2564).
– 8Gb and 16Gb Flash modules with 68-Pin PLCC footprint are now on offer.
– The 1Gb Flash monolithic is under development, set for release in Q4 2024.

🆕 Serial EEPROM:
– 1Mb monolithic samples (TTE25C1024) are expected in Q4-2024.
– Coming soon: 2Mb module (TTE25M2048PD), rated up to +180°C.

🆕 Parallel EEPROM:
– Exclusive to TT Semiconductor, the 1Mb Parallel EEPROM (TTE28HT010) is rated up to +200°C.
– New offerings include 2Mb and 4Mb Parallel EEPROM modules, rated to +175°C (TTE28HT020P and TTE28HT040P).
